Michele has been doing hair for almost two decades. Most of those years were spent in Southern California where she truly honed her technical and creative skills. With years of on-going education, including training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica and The Paint Box in Brooklyn, she has made a point to keep herself on the cutting edge of trends. She also just got back from an amazing, extensive class at the Nine Zero One Salon in Hollywood, Ca. She learned all the current techniques in highlighting, low lighting and rooting for a beautiful natural look.

Whether it be natural hi-lites, bold color or the current ombre, she can find the balance that best suits you and your lifestyle. One of her favorite techniques is hair painting, a form of balayage. With hair painting, we can achieve anything from a soft natural sombre look to a dramatic color. As for cutting, she really finds a true sense of synchronicity there. From precision cutting, soft lines and strong structure to textured and layered hair with endless movement, Michele will find what works best for you. She loves to be inspired by things around her to create personalized looks that emphasize your strongest features or even bring out the unique you. Quirks and all.

She wants hair to look current, effortless and always fresh.

Nearly 10 years ago, Nicole May decided being a hair stylist was the career path she wanted to take because of the many areas that are included in the beauty industry like melding art with fashion and the freedom of creativity. A true people person at heart, she loves getting to know her clients. This allows her to better suit their hair cut and color to each individual's lifestyle. Education is very important to her as she continues to grow and learn new techniques. Recently, Nicole attended the highly acclaimed 901 Academy, which was started by Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood, California, where she learned the newest coloring and high lighting techniques. The owners of Nine Zero One, Riawna Capri and Nikki Lee, are best known for their beautiful lived in color techniques that you can see on their clients like Julianne Hough and Nina Dobrev. Nicole specializes in women's long and short haircuts, men's cuts, razor haircuts, lived in high lighting for blondes and brunettes along with traditional high lighting and hair painting. She has used many hair color lines including Wella, Matrix, Paul Mitchell, Pravana, Davines, and is currently using L’oreal Professional and Redken.

Ten years ago, Lindsay started her career in Philadelphia. After graduating, she began working at a European level Salon with 37 stylists. They offered amazing education in Salon, for their stylists and others around the area. She was in classes once a week, for 3 years after finishing cosmetology school. She began obtaining certifications with hair care systems like Framesi and Lakme and also took classes with 20+ year hair stylists turned educators. After several years, Lindsay realized that the big Salon life wasn’t for her. Deciding to do a total 180, she switched to working at a small, high end barber shop for the next 5 years and studied clippers and the art of fading. Though Lindsay was thrilled with how she excelled in men's hair cutting skills and expertise, she realized how much she missed doing women’s hair. Needing some color back in her life, Lindsay started working at a punk rock, non-binary  salon in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia. While there, she specialized in fantasy colors and speciality cuts. For the next 2 years, she would whip out bowl cuts, under shaves and modern mullets. For color, it was anything from silver or purple hair to icey blondes. It certainly was never a dull moment.

It was at this point in her career, Lindsay started thinking more about what makes her happy. It’s then that Lindsay decided to take her Mother’s advice, for the first time in her life, and joined her down in Vero Beach, Florida where she has lived for the last 3 years. Her mom was a client at Boho House Salon and had a feeling Lindsay would be a perfect addition to the Boho family. It only took one visit for Lindsay to feel all the talented, welcoming and creative energy that the other stylists at Boho House were radiating and decide she needed in on it! Lindsay now joins us at BoHo House with all her well-rounded education behind the chair and she would love to meet new clients and find their new look or spruce up what they already have. Lindsay is definitely not afraid of change and enjoys laughing, so bring your humor and a picture of what you want your next look to be! A daring soul, she will greet any challenge with open arms and tell you not to ‘threaten her with a good time!’

A Vero Beach native his entire life, in fact, Austin 's family has lived in Vero Beach for 9 generations. His love for hair began several years ago when he walked into a local cosmetology school for a massage, fell in love with the idea of hair styling and walk out enrolled. Austin apprenticed at Boho House for 2 and a half years before graduating and has made a great impact in artistry as well as charisma around the salon. He is inspired by natural beauty, hair textures and pizzazz and is currently in love with performing lightening services like balayage, hair painting and anything curly!

Alexa has been a hair stylist for 7 years. After perfecting her trade under one of the most high-volume corporate chains in the country, Alexa relocated to a high end, five star salon in Vero Beach. Specializing in extensions & blonding services, Alexa continues to educate herself and aspires perfection. With the firm belief that nothing is one size fits all, she continues to create tailored looks for each client she sees. When she's not behind the chair, Alexa is found being a mother, and playing rugby.
